What it involves
A new boiler is the biggest single thing most households spend on their heating, so it gets sized off the property — radiators, bathrooms, hot water demand — and not off whatever is in the van. Straight swaps, combi conversions and back boilers out. Notified to Building Control and registered for its warranty.
