What it involves
Let a property with a gas appliance in it and you have a legal duty to have every appliance and flue checked every twelve months by a Gas Safe engineer, and to give the tenant the record. We do the check, issue the CP12, and can service the boiler on the same visit. Access arranged with tenants directly.
